Ingredients

• 1 cup passion fruit, pulp
• 1/4 cups syrup, or sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 3 ounces of mezcal
• 6 mint leaves
• Enough ice
• Lemon slices to taste to decorate the glass

Step 1
Blend the passion fruit, lemon juice and syrup for 5 minutes until the fruit is completely liquefied, strain and set aside.

Step 2
Place ice, the passion fruit (what you blended), the mezcal, the mint in a mixing glass and shake for a few seconds until everything is mixed perfectly.

Step 3
Garnish the drink with lemon slices and a few mint leaves and enjoy.
